LiveBackup installation and backup support

Installation

The installation takes place during the initial phase. You indicate your requirements, including what files and folders you would like backed up, how often, and at what time. Using this information, our engineers define the backup structure.


LiveBackup does not require agent software to be installed on the company’s machines or servers. Remote computers and handheld devices, however, do require additional support, so we help familiarise users with the process by way of training sessions. To learn more, please contact our team

Training

Training

LiveBackup offers training that enables administrators to confidently monitor and manage the backup and restore processes. Training sessions can be held on-site or remotely via the Internet. All attendees are provided with comprehensive training manuals, in addition to LiveBackup’s software manuals.

Training sessions cover such topics as: LiveBackup’s architecture, features and benefits; detailed information and options regarding the on-site and data centre vaults; monitoring and managing via the user interface, as well as information about backups for handheld devices. Support

We offer client support on two levels:

Level 1 is reserved for new customers and those who chose to fully outsource their backup management to LiveBackup. This option involves daily reporting, 24/7 monitoring of backup processes, and restoring data as requested.

Level 2 is reserved for businesses that have IT managers already dedicated to monitoring and overseeing backups. At this level, our team provides level 2 technical support plus advice on new features. Our team remain on standby for potential troubleshooting issues.
